Privacy Notice

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. The website is operated by SMARTICPRO LTD, trading as Lumna, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. SMARTICPRO LTD is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

  • Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, any phone number or subject you add, your message, the page language and your IP address.
  • Newsletter sign-up: your email address and the page language.
  • Theme preference: if you switch between dark and light mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, we do not set tracking cookies, and the site does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party services. Like any web server, our hosting may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use form details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal you have asked for, or send the newsletter you subscribed to. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. The IP address is kept to protect the forms against spam and abuse.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is stored on the servers that host this website and is accessed only by people at Lumna who need it to answer you. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and any follow-on work, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time. To do so, use the contact form or call +44 7366 126840. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We will update this notice if the way the website handles personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
