Product Design

Design that
people enjoy using

01 - What we do

Product design shapes how a digital product works and feels: what it does, how people move through it and how clearly it communicates. We design websites, apps and software that solve real problems for real users, and that your developers can build with confidence.

We can design a new product from the first idea, or review and improve one you already have.

02 - Our approach

We base design decisions on evidence, not opinion:

How we design products:

  • Research: interviews, analytics and competitor reviews to understand users and their needs
  • Define: problem statements, priorities and success measures
  • Ideate: user journeys, information architecture and wireframes
  • Prototype: interactive prototypes that feel like the real thing
  • Test: usability sessions with representative users, then iterate
  • Handover: a documented design system and close support during development

03 - What you get

Product design projects typically deliver:

  • Research findings and user personas
  • User journeys and information architecture
  • Wireframes and interactive prototypes
  • High-fidelity UI design for every key screen
  • A design system with reusable components and guidelines
  • Usability testing reports with recommendations

04 - Why Lumna

Our designers work every day with developers, so designs are practical to build, accessible and ready for real content.

We keep you involved through regular reviews and share all design files, so your team can continue the work.

What is the difference between UX and UI design?

We design in Figma and share files and prototypes with you directly, so you can comment and review at any time.

Yes. We run usability tests on prototypes before development, when changes are quickest and cheapest to make.
